How do you determine the price within a range?
Pricing depends on your business complexity — number of locations, team size, current tool stack, and the number of workflows we need to address. We scope everything upfront so there are no surprises.
Can I start with a Sprint and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Most clients start with the 30-Day Sprint to get a clear operational picture, then move into the 90-Day Execution phase to implement the fixes. The Sprint deliverables feed directly into the execution plan.
Is the Founder Advisory a standalone option?
Yes. The Founder Advisory is designed for operators who want coaching, accountability, and a strategic sounding board without a full implementation engagement. It pairs well with either tier as an add-on, too.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every engagement is fixed-scope with defined deliverables, we don't offer refunds. However, we guarantee delivery of every item in the scope. If we don't deliver, we keep working until we do.
